Who We Are
Alton Management Corporation is a progressive full service property management firm with decades of success in the Bay Area working with cooperatives, non-profits, sole-proprietorships and partnerships and specializing in affordable housing. Our mission is to foster successful communities where owners and residents alike profit from/enjoy excellent housing.
We combine owner philosophy and goals with our expertise in resident and community relations, leasing and occupancy, financial management, security, construction and maintenance, planning and evaluation, to bring together property and people in a healthy, sustainable environment. Our projects contribute to local economic strength by contracting with local small and minority owned businesses.
Alton Management Corporation is a minority owned business with a unique ability to turn troubled properties into thriving communities, mitigate problems and maximize operational income. Alton’s expertise in the recovery of financially troubled properties is a critical linchpin to success of such projects, especially in the Bay Area’s volatile market.
Our staff of professionals recognize the need for services that benefit the residents, the surrounding community and the owner(s). Our standard for retirement and family housing projects include computer learning/wellness centers offering residents computer training, exercise programs, children’s activities, general community building and disaster preparedness.
We’re currently managing several properties in the Bay Area, totaling over 1200 units.
It is the policy of Alton Management Corporation to comply with the nondiscrimination requirements contained in the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s regulations implementing Section 504 (24 CR, part 8 dated June 2, 1988) and to provide equal employment and housing access opportunities to all qualified persons, and to recruit, hire, train, promote and compensate persons in all jobs without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.
