Meet Our Staff

	Alfred Reynolds, Principal, NAHP-E, RCM Mr. Reynolds has over thirty years of experience in the housing industry. This experience includes sales, marketing, management, training, and previous ownership of an out-of-state housing firm. Mr. Reynolds has a special interest in housing cooperatives. He is involved in all of the phases of the corporate operations.
	William Hutton, Principal Mr. Hutton is a licensed general contractor, the Director of Field Operations and he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the projects. Mr. Hutton managed, supervised, and coordinated work schedules for eleven housing projects, consisting of 1,000 units. He is certified in Fair Housing Regulation and HUD Occupancy Regulations.
	Arthur Hutton, V.P. Director of Construction & Development Mr. Hutton has been involved with commercial and residential construction and housing management for the past 20 years. He has taught both academic and trade courses in a number of Bay Area Schools. While working for AMCORP he instructed a Maintenance Training Program in collaboration with our client and the Private Industry Council. He has an excellent understanding and extensive proficiency in residential rehab and contract administration.
	Sally Freeman, V.P. Compliance & Corporate Operations Ms. Freeman has 16 years’ experience with the company, working as an Administrator, Property Supervisor, 504 Coordinator, company trainer and author of all Tenant Selection Plans for all properties. She is now responsible for all compliance and the management for the AMCORP office. She is also Certified in Occupancy and Fair Housing regulations.
	Ni’Col Payton, Human Resource Director and Payroll Manager Ms. Payton has over five years of management experience. She handles all the Human Resource duties on a day-to-day basis for approximately 100 employees and also is the Payroll Manger for the Corporation. She assists both Principals with various duties and also is a Certified Occupancy Specialist.
	Santos Lam, Controller Mr. Lam has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field. He is responsible for overseeing all of the financial reporting and expenses for all of AMCORP’s portfolio. He also prepares the monthly financial reports for various properties while overseeing the Accounting Department.
	Yuan “Tracy” Cui, Accountant Ms. Cui prepares the monthly financial reports and expenses for various properties within AMCORP's portfolio.
	Thomas Lyles, Network Engineer Mr. Lyles has been the network administrator, analyst and engineer for AMCORP for several years. He is responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software that comprises a computer network. This includes deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring active network equipment.
