- Basic and advanced roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors

- Legal procedures (i.e. evictions, Lease or Occupancy Agreement violations)

- History of cooperatives
In addition, the assigned area Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day training of all site staff. We also have an excellent in-house training program for all employees that support the Supervisor’s goals. Monthly training workshops are designed to update properties on most recent regulations and how to implement same. All staff working with tax credits and section eight subsidies are sent to an outside, certificated training, which is rigorous, but ultimately results in successful reviews, inspections and maintains compliance with federal and state regulations.
